We have a strict No Return Policy all sales are final. We do not offer delivery.

All our products are carefully inspected before being shipped out, if you do however receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 3 days to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item at no extra cost to you. 

Please note that we will NOT accept any exchanges ( whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item ) if the item has been damaged, worn or removed from its original packaging.

• Body Lotions , Perfumes and hair products
• Jewellery cleaners
• Other harsh chemicals

Everyone’s skin type is different. Some people have reactions to different metals. No refunds or returns are given for the colour of your jewellery changing caused by skin oils.
